Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align technology initiatives with long-term business goals and the 2026 vision.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced AI and ML models into core business processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI, Blockchain) to determine their viability for the organization.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key vendors, research institutions, and thought leaders to stay ahead of industry disruptions.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level strategic role.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing, with a proven track record of implementing AI solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and pivot organizational strategy accordingly.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex projects, and drive change management initiatives.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
