Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives and the 2026 strategic milestones.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Space Tech) to determine their relevance and integration potential for our core products.
- Strategic Execution: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of major strategic initiatives, from concept and R&D to pilot programs and full-scale market deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders, investors, and non-technical teams to drive alignment and funding.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the technology sector, with at least 5 years specifically focused on future planning or R&D.
- Tech Stack Fluency: Deep understanding of current tech landscapes (Cloud, SaaS, AI) and the ability to predict the evolution of these stacks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products or entering new markets.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
