Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Sustainable Tech) to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to secure buy-in for new technological initiatives and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee internal R&D initiatives and pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Partnerships: Identify and forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology providers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or senior leadership roles within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and successfully guiding organizations through digital transformation.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Advanced Robotics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic certification is a plus.
