Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Analyze global market trends and emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to predict future disruptions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate futuristic technologies into current product lines.
- Identify and assess potential new business models and revenue streams for the 2026 horizon.
- Present strategic vision and long-term projections to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and strategic planners.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior executive leadership.
