Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patients' conditions continuously and record vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and self-care instructions.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the United States (or eligibility for licensure).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (specialty experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process (H1B/PERM).
