Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of fruits/vegetables using proper techniques
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Operate basic farm equipment (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Work efficiently in varying weather conditions
- Adhere to production quotas and schedules
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Availability to work 10-12 hour shifts, including weekends
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
