Responsibilities
- Perform essential agricultural tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery, tractors, and harvesting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in packing, sorting, and grading produce according to quality standards.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles while adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the farm crew to meet seasonal production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (H2A visa sponsorship provided for qualified applicants).
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
