Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and packaging tasks according to strict production specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with 5S standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Operate basic manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and report issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor (lifting, bending, twisting).
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable work history and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
