Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor heavy-duty manufacturing machinery and assembly lines with precision.
- Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure all products meet strict industry standards.
- Package finished goods securely for domestic and international shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload materials and products using forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States (candidates requiring visa sponsorship will be considered).
- Basic English proficiency for reading safety labels and following verbal instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
