Responsibilities
- Operate Manufacturing Equipment: Safely and efficiently run standard production machinery and assembly line equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing raw materials and finished goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the USA and willing to pursue EB3 Visa sponsorship.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance at previous employment.
- Language: Basic English proficiency is preferred for safety communication.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility in Jacksonville.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
