Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing tasks including picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and promptly report any discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation for all outgoing and incoming freight.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
