Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock and completing inventory reports accurately.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by sweeping, mopping, and organizing shelves.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain an H2B Visa.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Language: Basic proficiency in English is required for safety communication.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
