Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maximize efficiency.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation (FIFO) effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
