Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) while adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotations as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID or Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and barcodes accurately.
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new operational procedures.
