Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stock rotation and cleanliness protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety standards
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
