Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and ship products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Participate in loading/unloading of trucks and freight handling
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
