Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions for 500+ hourly workers across Las Vegas hospitality and service industries
- Verify timesheets and compliance with Nevada overtime regulations
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 24-hour SLA
- Train clients on our digital payment platform
- Collaborate with finance team on monthly reconciliations
- Optimize payment workflows using proprietary software
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience in Nevada
- Expert knowledge of FLSA and Nevada NRS 608
- Proficiency with ADP or Workforce Ready systems
- Excel/Google Sheets advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions during peak seasons
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification
