Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end daily payroll processing for 500+ employees across Raleigh and Virginia offices
- Develop and implement daily pay protocols ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies within 24 hours
- Train staff on daily pay systems and provide ongoing support for employee inquiries
- Analyze payroll data to identify optimization opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Oversee integration of daily pay technology with existing HRIS platforms
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and executive dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources required
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with daily pay implementation
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll software
- Strong understanding of FLSA, NC state labor laws, and VA wage regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing payroll for multi-state operations
- Proven ability to train non-technical staff on financial systems
