Responsibilities
- Process and validate daily payroll transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours using proprietary software
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to implement payroll policy updates
- Train employees on daily pay platform features and mobile app usage
- Monitor transaction analytics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Ensure strict adherence to California labor laws and financial regulations
- Generate monthly reconciliation reports for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in payroll processing or financial operations
- Proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks, or enterprise payroll systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical precision
- CA payroll certification preferred (CPP or FPC)
- Experience with daily pay or on-demand payroll platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions under tight deadlines
