Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions for 500+ employees across diverse industries
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and FLSA requirements
- Reconcile daily payment discrepancies within 24-hour SLAs
- Collaborate with HR teams to onboard new employees with rapid payment setup
- Generate real-time payroll reports for executive review
- Implement continuous process improvements for payment efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll systems
- Strong understanding of North Carolina labor regulations
- Excel certification with advanced pivot table skills
- Proven track record in high-volume transaction processing
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for payment disputes
