Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock and materials efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records of stock levels.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or delivery in compliance with safety standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred.
- Certified Forklift Operator (for those with experience).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
