Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals as per client dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to care coordinator

Qualifications
- Current Arizona Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Clean background check and drug screen
