Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the internal CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall team performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems.
