Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
- Update customer information in the CRM database to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary to prevent future problems.
- Provide product and service information to customers to help them make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
