Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Research and identify solutions to complex customer problems, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus).
