Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing high-volume communication channels and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure product accuracy and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction and rapid response times.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while adhering to company policy.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to resolve delivery discrepancies.
- Document customer feedback and communicate trends to management to improve service quality.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but we offer training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment using computer systems.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
