Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for this on-site position.
