- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the database.
- Identify product or service trends and escalate suggestions for improvement to management.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure comprehensive customer support.
- Provide product training and guidance to new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or support (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
