Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex issues by analyzing customer feedback and providing accurate, timely solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with detailed customer notes and interaction history to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support, Product) to escalate issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Document all interactions according to company policies and compliance standards.
- Identify upselling opportunities while maintaining a helpful and consultative tone.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
