What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your role is critical in ensuring our customers receive the support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
