- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions by identifying the root cause and providing effective, satisfactory solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience, even during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
