Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into our CRM systems to maintain database integrity.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues and improve service processes.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
Qualifications
