Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and ensure follow-through.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and explain complex concepts simply.
