Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems (Salesforce) and proprietary software
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved cases
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback analysis
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product/service offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings with 50+ daily interactions
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems preferred
- Spanish bilingual capability a strong plus
