Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by troubleshooting problems and providing accurate solutions.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Update customer account records accurately in our CRM software.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Stay informed about product updates and training materials to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask, type at least 40 WPM, and navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote roles) or willingness to commute to Milwaukee office.
