Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
- Enter and update customer information into our CRM database accurately.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and knowledge.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet company targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
