Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues by analyzing account history and identifying root causes.
- Educate customers on products and services, ensuring they have the information needed for a seamless experience.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system and update customer records as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and improve service protocols.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest product or service improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
