Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support for SaaS clients
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and satisfaction

Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
