Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company call scripts and guidelines.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to improve performance metrics.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Reliable internet connection and equipment (if remote/on-site hybrid requirements apply).
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; training is provided.
