Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues accurately, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system (Salesforce) to maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
