As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our customers feel valued and heard. You will handle inquiries with patience and professionalism, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve complex customer issues by investigating problems and providing accurate, effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and implement process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to all company service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
