Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues using problem-solving techniques and product knowledge
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, resolution rates, and call handling times
- Contribute to process improvements through regular feedback and innovation
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong empathy and conflict resolution abilities
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Must be available to work evenings/weekends as needed
