Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and service disruptions with precision
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through proactive feedback
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced digital environment
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued (not required)
