Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in weekly training to refine product knowledge
- Maintain service level agreement metrics (20+ calls/day)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2C environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong conflict resolution and emotional intelligence skills
- Available for flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Spanish bilingualism required
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional off-site duties
