Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex technical and billing inquiries with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for CSAT and resolution time
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation
- Ability to multitask effectively in digital channels
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
