Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues within SLA timelines
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings and service protocols
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills
- Generate performance reports and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B or high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and voice channels
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common software/hardware issues
- Spanish bilingual capability a significant advantage
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
