Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools while maintaining 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved cases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce with attention to detail
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Participate in continuous training programs to master product knowledge
- Maintain 25+ calls per hour while adhering to quality assurance standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in high-volume customer service or call center environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and voice channels
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical thinking approach
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
