Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with tech teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution rate and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance service quality
- Train new hires on customer protocols and company values
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital/phone settings
- Spanish bilingual certification (strongly preferred)
- Associate degree or relevant certification
- Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
