- Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product inquiries with first-contact resolution focus
- Document interactions in Salesforce CRM with 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
