Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and internal knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including response times and satisfaction scores
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain product expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
